• What is Kayathri Infotech Delivery Charge?

1) Service fee is a service fee charged in one of the following circumstances:

A. The following orders for clothing/toiletries have a certain value.

B. To provide pre-order and post-order platform services, including but not limited to above-average returns.

2) If the order is lost or not delivered to the customer’s preferred location, the full amount of the order will be refunded including the handling fee if paid online.

3) If the customer cancels or returns the order, the handling fee will not be refunded. For accounts that do not have a return policy according to our Fair Use Policy, the service fee is non-refundable, regardless of order value*.

*Order value is calculated after application of discount/VAT/GST or other applicable fees.

You can find out if Kayathri Infotech is sending to your PIN by using the courier service tool available on the product page. Tap “Check delivery options” and enter your area PIN in the appropriate field to receive the necessary information about the standard delivery time of the order and the availability of cash payments for the selected product. The PIN we provide is updated frequently. So if we didn’t send you your PIN today, please come back and check for any changes.
